Welcome to thebradfordians.com 2.0!
So, about year ago I decided to completely update our website to make it more modern looking, and fit on the screen of mobile phones and devices equally as well as a stodgy old PC. After a considerable amount of time spent configuring the damn thing, I came to migrate it to our live site earlier this week with the aim of launching it to the public. However, in the process of doing so, I managed to delete not only the newly created site, but also the existing (old and creaking) site.
Bummer.
I’d taken a backup (I’m not STUPID), but I also realised that my lack of technical finesse meant probably making things worse and even more stressful, if I kept going (I AM stupid). To avoid throwing the mother of all paddies, I resolved to cut my losses and quickly build it straight into the live site.
And here it is, the brand spanking new Bradfordians website in all its majestic glory. You can comment on, and like posts now, and it’s easier to share stuff on your social media. The whole thing was a little bit rushed and is not quite finished yet, so please forgive me if there’s any typos or grammatical faux pas out there. There will be more content to come soon – be patient my friends – but, for now, it is fit for human consumption (figuratively speaking). Welcome to the Bradfordians website 2.0! Hope you likey.
